Staying hydrated before, during, and after your sessions is critical as you lose up to 2% of your fluids during your sauna sessions. Being under-hydrated can lead to fatigue and dehydration.

  • Drink 18-24 ounces of water before using sauna.
  • Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and sugary drinks.
  • Drink coconut water or drinks with electrolytes.

SHOWER BEFORE & AFTER YOUR SESSION
Showering before you enter the infrared sauna will ensure that your skin is rid of all oils, sweat, dirt, lotion, make up and tanning products. Showering after your infrared sauna session will cleanse the skin of the sweat and toxins that are released. Cold showers are recommended for after sessions.

BASIC INSTRUCTIONS

There are no one-size fits all when it comes to how long you should stay in an infrared sauna, as it truly depends on your overall health, individual needs, and comfort level.

New users should always begin with 10 to 20-minute sessions, then work your way up as your body becomes more accumulated to the heat.

If you’re fit, healthy, and well hydrated, you may enjoy a significantly longer session in our infrared sauna as long as you’re comfortable.

Sitting in a sauna for too long can be counterproductive. Your body can become overheated, causing dizziness, dehydration, and headaches.

Always monitor your body temperature, however, you CANNOT burn yourself with infrared heat!
1) You MUST wear the bodysuit that is provided before entering sauna.
2) You MUST drink the (2) bottles of water provided during your sauna session.
3) You MUST read and sign consent form before entering sauna.
4) Please DO NOT pour any water onto your body as it can drip onto the carbon and ceramic heaters, causing them to break.
5) Please be VERY cautious when entering and exiting the sauna.
